Tasting Notes
Aromas of dark fruit, dried plums, dried cherry and dried fig, and hints of baking spices. Flavors of blackberry and dark cherry with bright acidity and a soft mid palate.
Food Pairings
Venison stew with dumplings. Boeuf Bourguignon. Braised Osso Buco.
