- The McMinnville tasting room will close at 6pm Sunday – Thursday, and 8pm Friday and Saturday, remaining open daily.

Also, our McMinnville Club Share is coming up and will run from January 2nd till the end of February.
The passport will allow you to enjoy tasting at 10 different McMinnville wineries for only $5 per passport member as well as savings at each winery!
Passports will be available at the McMinnville tasting room after January 1st!

Create the perfect holiday gift with us at Chris James Cellars McMinnville Tasting Room in the heart of McMinnville on 3rd Street for a wine tasting & painting party!
Receive step-by-step instruction on how to turn a blank canvas into a memorable work of art. No experience needed! Ticket price includes a wine flight or glass of the winery’s daily selection and all painting materials. Additional wine will be available for purchase during the event.
Mix and mingle time from 6:30-7:00 pm. Painting begins promptly at 7:00 pm and goes until 9:00 pm.
18 and up only.
Included in your ticket:
- All the supplies for your painting
- Instructor led instructions
- A flight of wine or glass of wine
Holiday Cupcake Decorating
Thursday, December 23 | 6:30 PM | McMinnville
- Decorate and take home six gourmet cupcakes
- All decorating tools and such will be provided
- A glass of wine included in your class fee. Additional wine and snacks available for purchase
- Cost: $55 per person (15% off for club members)
Charitable Giving Wine

Each month Chris James Cellars chooses a non-profit organization to support by spreading awareness all month long. We donate 20% of Bottle Sales & $1 from each glass pour of our featured wine.
December Charity: Golden Bond Rescue
Golden Bond Rescue is a volunteer run, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of retrievers. Our mission is to find caring, adoptive homes for retrievers and retriever mixes in need and to educate the public to prevent the homeless retrievers of the future. Retrievers in need of new homes come from a variety of circumstances. Some come to us due to compelling family situations such as death, divorce, family illness, relocation or economic hardship. Others are released to rescue because of behavior problems due to lack of exercise and poor understanding of the needs of the breed. Since our beginnings in 1991, we have successfully placed over 3,500 dogs with new loving families.

- Profile notes: Aromas of plum, mossy earth and allspice, with flavors of plum pudding and spicy pink peppercorns on the finish.

- B.Y.O.G (Bring your own games) – Every Friday! Round up your friends, or just stop by to enjoy the environment. Every Friday at our McMinnville location, from 5 – 8 pm we offer our space for an evening of games, wine, and light fare!
